From elegant gatherings to immersive themed experiences, each event is crafted with creativity, precision, and a personal touch. Carnival Party
This was my first large-scale tenant event, where I had the opportunity to oversee everything from concept to execution. The goal was to create a fun, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere for approximately 40 guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Summer Luau
For this vibrant and tropical Hawaiian Luau-themed event, I wanted to transport guests to an island paradise with authentic flavors, festive decor, and lively entertainment. With 50 attendees, the goal was to create a fun, laid-back atmosphere where everyone could embrace the spirit of Aloha! To bring this theme to life, I incorporated: ✔ Authentic Hawaiian Catering – A delicious spread featuring classic island-inspired dishes, allowing guests to enjoy the flavors of Hawaii. ✔ Fresh Flower & Silk Leis – Upon arrival, each guest received a lei, adding an authentic touch while enhancing the tropical ambiance. ✔ A Curated Luau Playlist – A mix of traditional Hawaiian melodies and feel-good island tunes set the perfect tone for the evening. ✔ Tropical Cocktails – A variety of handcrafted drinks, including Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiians, and Piña Coladas, ensured that guests could sip and relax in style. ✔ Hawaiian Chips & Snacks – A selection of island-inspired treats, including taro and sweet potato chips, provided a flavorful snack option. Most of my guests fully embraced the theme by dressing in Hawaiian shirts, floral prints, and tropical accessories, which made the event even more immersive and festive. From the decor to the drinks, music, and menu, every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure a fun, engaging, and unforgettable luau experience!

Decades Silent Disco
One of my absolute favorite themed events, this Decades Silent Disco was designed to take guests on a nostalgic journey through the 1970s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to immerse attendees in the music, snacks, and pop culture of each era, creating an unforgettable experience. To bring this vision to life, I incorporated: ✔ A Rooftop Silent Disco – Guests danced the night away under the stars with multiple music channels featuring top hits from each decade. ✔ Era-Specific Snacks & Candy – From Pop Rocks and Ring Pops to Dunkaroos and Gushers, every treat was a blast from the past. ✔ Themed Decor – Each area was styled to reflect a different era, with vibrant neon, disco balls, cassette tapes, and retro movie posters. ✔ Immersive Experience – Guests were encouraged to dress in their favorite decade’s fashion, adding to the interactive and lively atmosphere. This event was a true celebration of nostalgia, allowing guests to relive their favorite musical and cultural moments while enjoying an energetic and immersive setting. Planning every aspect, from the silent disco logistics to the decade-themed details, made this one of my most exciting and rewarding projects!

Rooftop Live
The simplest events create the most elegant and memorable experiences. For this gathering, I focused on quality over complexity, curating a warm and inviting atmosphere with live music, gourmet bites, and handcrafted drinks for 50 attendees.

November Wedding
In November 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to assist in planning and serve as the on-site event manager for a stunning 160-person wedding. This event required meticulous coordination, hands-on execution, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to ensure everything ran smoothly for the couple and their guests. As part of my role, I handled a variety of essential tasks, including: ✔ Décor Setup – Carefully arranging floral displays, tablescapes, and decorative elements to bring the couple’s vision to life. ✔ Steaming Linens – Ensuring every table setting looked polished and elegant by prepping linens to perfection. ✔ Staff Management – Overseeing the event team, coordinating responsibilities, and ensuring seamless service throughout the night. ✔ Jumping In to Help Where Needed – From problem-solving behind the scenes to working a quesadilla bar to keep the energy high, I was ready to do whatever it took to keep the event running flawlessly. This wedding was an incredible experience that reinforced my love for event execution, attention to detail, and creating unforgettable moments. Seeing the couple and their guests enjoy a stress-free, beautifully orchestrated evening made all the hard work worthwhile!

Summer Tailgate
Sometimes, even the best-laid plans require a little flexibility and quick thinking—and this event was a perfect example! Originally planned for an outdoor setting, unexpected rain forced us to pivot and adjust on the fly. Rather than letting the weather dampen the experience, we seamlessly transitioned the event to the lobby, ensuring that guests could still enjoy the planned activities in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the last-minute change, attendees were able to: ✔ Play a variety of interactive games, keeping the energy high and engagement strong. ✔ Indulge in a delicious spread of snacks, ensuring everyone had something tasty to enjoy. ✔ Still show up and celebrate together, proving that a great event is about the experience—not just the location. While it wasn’t the setup I had originally envisioned, the event still turned out to be a success with a solid turnout and positive vibes all around. It was a great reminder that sometimes, a little adaptability can turn a challenge into a memorable experience!

I have conceptualized and implemented menus tailored to each occasion, ensuring that the food and drinks complement the theme, atmosphere, and guest preferences. From creative catering selections to specialty cocktails and interactive food stations, each menu is thoughtfully designed to add a delicious and memorable touch to the event.
